Shipping
In our shop we do not offer free shipping above a certain amount. All orders are packed with care, love and sustainable materials. In addition, we provide a good service.
Do you want to surprise someone with our products? We can pack your order extra festive and send it directly to the lucky one. You can add a personal message. Please leave a message in order notes during checkout.

- within NL – 5.95 euros
- Belgium and Germany – 9.00 euros
- Europe – 14.95 euros
- outside Europe – we will contact you if the costs exceed the fixed amount of 20.00 euros

We do not offer free shipping above a certain amount. We offer a discount code if you order more than ten grips. Use the code GREEP10 and receive a 10% discount.
Returns
You can return the products, if unused and undamaged, within 14 days. Fill out the return form and send the package to this address:

Once we receive the products, we will refund the purchase price including shipping. We will not return the costs of the return shipment.

Tuesday and Thursday are the shipping days. If you need your order urgently, please contact us. Then we see what we can do for you.
In most cases POST NL will deliver your order within the Netherlands. Within Europe, it takes about three days to a week.

We have no shop and are not always present in the atelier in Delft. Do you want to pick up the order we are happy to make an appointment. Select the pick up option in the handling of your order.

Yes, we have extensive experience in customization for both the leather handles as the wooden handles. And both for large corporate orders and small orders. Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Yes, our leather handles are supplied with a flat sleeve nut. This makes attaching easy and suitable for kitchens. Also, the mounting is firm and suitable for intensive use such heavy doors. If the handle comes a bit loose while using you can easily tighten the sleeve nut with a hex wrench. The leather is 3 mm thick and will be somewhat flexible in use, like leather belt. However the functionality remains the same.
